Job Duties:

  • Accounting Office duties - entries - balancing
  • Maintaining schedules for accuracy 
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Daily cash draw balancing and deposits
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Breakdown and complete customer deals
  • Responsible for all new and used Inventory
  • Daily filing 
  • Answering office phone calls
  • Aid in paperwork retention flow and file organization
  • Maintain titles and MSOs ensuring accurate records and organization
  • DMV submission for all registrations 
  • Bank contract submissions as necessary
  • Oversee the completion of all compliance paperwork according to state and federal law
  • Helping in resolving any office issues
  • Any and all other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • College degree preferred
  • Five years automotive office experience required
  • Knowledge of CDK Drive not required but preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail
  • Able to build relationships with team members from other departments
  • Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks as assigned
