We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage outgoing mail, including preparing shipments, labeling, and coordinating with shipping carriers.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with video processing tasks, including duplications, uploads, and downloadable link creation.
  • Create and distribute employee ID cards as needed.
  • Coordinate shipments of case-related materials and maintain accurate tracking records.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general computer applications.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
Schedule & Compensation:
  • This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
  • Base pay rate of $16/hr
