We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our information systems, ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy, as your work will directly impact our business operations and decision-making processes. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Input and update data into the company database accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify the accuracy of data to ensure high-quality records and maintain data integrity.
  • Assist in data audits and reconciliation as required to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Respond to inquiries from team members related to data and assist with data-related issues.
  • Maintain and manage files, records, and documents in physical and digital formats as necessary.
  • Prepare and generate reports based on data analysis for management review.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or administration preferred.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role, with a strong understanding of data entry processes and techniques.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data management and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Excellent time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members.
