Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. This individual will enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and further solidify Synapse Virtual Production's position as a leader in the virtual production space.

You will work closely with the business leads and production teams to align marketing campaigns with broader company objectives. This role requires expertise in analytics to track campaign performance, optimize strategies based on data insights, and report on key metrics. Additionally, you will be responsible for community management, fostering a positive and interactive relationship with our audience, and responding to inquiries and feedback in a timely manner. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for digital marketing will be crucial in building and maintaining a strong online presence for Synapse Virtual Production.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and drive business growth.
  • Guide our social media strategy and provide a strategic vision across all platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads, SEO, and email marketing, to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Identify and leverage industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies to optimize marketing efforts.
Content & Creative Development:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, production staff, and external vendors to create high-quality marketing materials, including videos, graphics, and written content.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling case studies, whitepapers, and promotional content showcasing our expertise in virtual production.
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and strategic messaging across channels.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of all marketing efforts with the company's brand identity and values.
Performance & Analytics:
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and digital initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and audience insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Generate reports and provide actionable recommendations to leadership based on analytics and market research.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership:
  • Develop relationships with key partners, influencers, and media outlets within the film, TV, and virtual production industries.
  • Coordinate and manage company participation in trade shows, industry panels, and networking events.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, positioning Synapse Virtual Production as a thought leader in the space.
Qualifications:
  • 4+  years of marketing experience focused on social media management and/or content creation.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc. as well as social media content creation apps. 
  • Highly proficient in social media support tools (e.g. Sprout, Hootsuite,etc.)
  • Proficiency with Hubspot.
  • Analytical and creative thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent coordination, organization, and communication skills.
  • Experience leading & managing social media teams.
  • Preferred - knowledge of AI innovations for faster workflows.
