 What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical intake evaluations to assess clients' presenting concerns, mental health history, and treatment goals.
  • Match clients to clinicians based on expertise, temperament, cultural fit, and therapeutic style.
  • Provide detailed clinical summaries and recommendations for treatment planning to assigned clinicians.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of assessments and ensure all records comply with ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve processes and ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Educate clients about available therapeutic options, fostering empowerment in their mental health journey.

What You'll Need:  

  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field (Required)
  • Active CA license (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD)
  • Two years of clinical experience (Minimum)
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional standards
  • Strong understanding of diverse therapeutic approaches and modalities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems

Rates: 

  • $60–$80 per clinical hour (rates vary based on education and experience)
  • $18 per admin hour

Work Set-up: Hybrid - one to two days a week to provide in- person therapy.
