Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring the seamless flow of products within our warehouse. This role requires flexibility in working hours, including rotating start times and occasional half-day Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input inventory data into our management system, ensuring up-to-date and precise records.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Assist in the receipt and inspection of incoming shipments, and prepare products for outgoing shipments.
  • Cycle Counts: Conduct regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and report any variances.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff and other departments to ensure efficient inventory processes.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move items as necessary and stand for extended periods.

Work Schedule:
  • Hours: Rotating start times between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, with flexibility to work half-day Saturdays as needed.
