What does a Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis do?
- Serve others within your community in their time of need with fire, water, mold and other losses
- Perform restoration work for properties, such as cleanup activities, packing customers contents, general on-location cleaning, HVAC cleaning, and deodorization of facilities
- Follow applicable safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and site-specific safety plans when performing cleanup activities and donning protective gear
- Operate routinely used tools and equipment
- Perform routine inspection and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
- Communicate with management to report project status, updates, issues, or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance
- Maintain all job-related reports updated per company guidelines

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
- High-level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
- Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
- Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
- You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
