Position Overview

We are seeking a HR Generalist to support various human resources functions, including recruitment, global HR management, expatriate support, visa processes, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international work environment and has a passion for talent acquisition, compliance, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling expatriate employees, visa sponsorships (H-1B, L-1, etc.), global mobility, and travel coordination, along with strong recruitment and HR operations experience. Korean bilingual proficiency is preferred to support collaboration with our global headquarters.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and assist with employer branding initiatives.
2. Global HR & Expatriate Management
  • Oversee expat assignments, including relocation, housing, and travel coordination.
  • Assist with visa applications and work permit processing (H-1B, L-1, OPT, etc.), working closely with immigration attorneys.
  • Ensure compliance with global employment laws and company policies for international employees.
3. Employee Relations & HR Operations
  • Support day-to-day HR functions, including employee records management, policy enforcement, and benefits administration.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and leadership, addressing concerns and enhancing workplace culture.
  • Assist in HR compliance and audits, ensuring alignment with federal and state labor laws.
4. HR Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain HR databases and generate reports on key HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and engagement.
  • Utilize HRIS systems to track employee information and manage performance reviews.
5. Travel & Mobility Coordination
  • Manage business travel logistics for employees, ensuring visa and travel compliance.
  • Assist expatriates and relocating employees with housing arrangements, flight bookings, and other transition needs.
Qualifications & Requirements

HR experience in global HR role preferred.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
Experience with recruitment, visa processing, and expatriate support.
Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and global HR compliance.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Korean bilingual preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems a plus.
