Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders from entry to shipping, process orders, create picking tickets for the warehouse, and provide instructions to warehouse workers as necessary.

  • Confirm orders and process invoices, and answer incoming calls and reply to emails.

  • Keep track of backorders and reprocess when the fill rate is sufficient.

  • Communicate directly with the shipping department and customers.

  • Track containers and coordinate with the receiving team to meet ship out date.

  • Solve any inventory issues and process inventory adjustments to correct discrepancy.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by managers.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of shipping or logistics experience is preferred but not required..

  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Excellent communication and organization skills.

  • Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

  • SAP software skill is a plus (Willing to train).

  • Strong work ethic and analytical skills.

Position Details:

  • Employment type: Full Time

  • Work Schedule: 8AM - 4:30PM

  • Location: 6281 Regio Avenue, Buena Park, CA 90620

  • Salary: $17-18/Hour, DOE
