We are seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft correspondences and other contracts specific to the industry
  • Plan and schedule appointments as needed
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Handle inbound/outbound telephone calls as needed
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Office Staff Members on monthly-bimonthly rotation with company Emergency After Hours Line (Additionally Compensated)
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Bilingual Speaker (Preferrred but not required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer functions (Microsoft, Excel, QuickBooks)
