Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Orchestrate the recruitment lifecycle - from creative advertising to successful onboarding.
  • Foster a positive work environment through exceptional employee relations and prompt conflict resolution.
  • Facilitate comprehensive benefits administration including health, dental, and more.
  • Be the linchpin for divisional communications on HR matters.
  • Oversee compliance with HR laws, maintaining meticulous records and reports.
  • Impact the business directly by supporting General Managers and mentoring HR Managers.
  • Travel to regional sites as required, facilitating all HR activities efficiently.
Leadership Attributes

We seek leaders with standout time management prowess, adept recruiting experience, and crisis management skills. Demonstrable confidence and professionalism are a must.

What You Bring
  • 5-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills, particularly in MS Office.
  • BS in HR Management or Business Management preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector.
Location

This is a field-based role centered out of Dayton, Ohio, with travel to Vandalia and Wapakoneta plants.
