No prior insurance experience is necessary. We have continuous training and career advancement. Must have at least 2 years of customer service office experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers in the office
  • Take payments
  • Process customer policy change requests
  • Review policies
  • De-escalate upset customers
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
  • Ensuring all customers have correct legal documents as well as have taken advantage of all discounts
  • Overseeing inspection concerns
  • Help with the flow of the phones and walk in customers
Requirements:
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
  • Great Customer Service Skills

  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
