Job Title: Warehouse Technician

Location:  Sacramento

Hours: M-F, 7am-4pm

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Performs daily shipping and receiving duties including packing and palletizing.
  • Prepares documentation for shipping and receiving of products and inventory.
  • Efficiently loads customer's orders.
  • Communicates any damage to manager before accepting shipment.
  • Unpacks and examines incoming shipments and compares with purchase orders to verify accuracy of incoming shipments.
  • Receives and properly stores incoming shipments.
  • Maintains shipping records, including providing tracking or shipment history information upon request.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with internal Project Managers and Sales Team.
  • Effectively communicate, understand oral instructions, read and interpret documents and instructions.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures.
  • Ability to adhere to safety protocols.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Forklift experience is preferred/ forklift certification a plus.
  • Must have valid driver's license and insurable DMV record.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication (verbally and written) with all levels of the organization and able to build effective relationships with others.
  • Highly motivated and high initiative in providing proactive efforts to resolve discrepancies with a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  • Effective time management.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and follow-through skills.
  • Able to perform challenging physical tasks during entire shift and lift up to 65 pounds on a regular basis.
