Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Job Specialty: Interventional Radiology (IR) Tech
Job Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 10-Hour Days, Monday to Friday (4-10s, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM); Includes Call: 1-2 times a week plus every 4th weekend
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required
License: Required
Certifications: ARRT, BLS
Must-Have: Deep experience with CT and DR; must provide both CT/DR exams
Job Description:
- Provide diagnostic imaging services in an Interventional Radiology setting, specializing in both vascular and neuro procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and accurate imaging results.
- Maintain a radiation badge provided by the agency.
- Adhere to a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with additional call responsibilities.
- Must respond to call-backs within 30 minutes and handle 1-2 late shifts a week (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM).
- Document patient information and procedures accurately using the EPIC charting system.
- Comply with all unit and facility requirements for safety and protocol adherence.
- Wear provided scrubs and maintain professional attire during shifts.
- Ensure all necessary certifications are current and adhere to facility policies regarding equipment and safety procedures.
