About the Role:

As a Trust Litigation Associate Attorney, you will:


  • Handle Complex Cases: Manage a diverse caseload of trust and probate litigation matters, including disputes over trust validity, fiduciary breaches, and will contests.
  • Develop Strategies: Create and implement legal strategies that align with clients’ goals for successful case outcomes.
  • Advocate for Clients: Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Build Relationships: Collaborate with clients, offering expert legal advice and clear communication on case progress.
  • Prepare Legal Documents: Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.

What You Bring:

  • Credentials: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar Association (or eligibility for admission).
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of trust and probate litigation experience.
  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
    • Ability to manage complex cases with minimal supervision.
