The Travel RN Acute Care Transplant / Thoracic provides specialized nursing care for patients undergoing solid organ transplants and thoracic surgeries. This role involves utilizing a multidisciplinary team approach to ensure exceptional patient outcomes while fostering a dynamic, evidence-based clinical environment. A full-time position with rotating shifts, it requires a valid RN license, relevant experience, and certifications such as BLS.

Department: Highly specialized in the care of all solid organ transplants (kidney, liver, pancreas, heart/lung), thoracic surgery, and hepatology. We're pioneers in liver transplantation. We have extensive experience with living donor liver transplants and are the only academic medical center with a dedicated Transplant specialty unit in the Rocky Mountain region.
FTE: Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Rotating D/N or Nights
Pay: $55.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend
13 week assignments available - extension options
Minimum Requirements:
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.

- Clinical Educators support and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout clinical orientation
