- Location: East Hartford, CT
- Compensation: $22–$25/hour DOE
- Project length: 6–7 months
- Scope: Commercial drywall and painting
- Hang gypsum board on walls and ceilings across an active commercial site
- Install resilient channel (RC channel) per plans to meet acoustic/performance specs
- Hit production goals: ~40 wall boards/day; ~32 ceiling boards/day (primarily 4' x 12')
- Work safely and confidently on stilts
- Lift, stage, and maneuver large sheets to keep the workflow moving
- Meet quality benchmarks while maintaining a steady production tempo
- Follow site safety rules and coordinate closely with the crew
- Demonstrated commercial drywall hanging background
- Comfort operating on stilts with safe practices
- Ability to lift and handle full-size panels
- Dependability for a full 6–7 month assignment
- Proven productivity in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
- Effective English communication on site
- RC channel experience
- Stable, months-long commercial build
