Learn more about our Core Values here.About the OpportunityWe are seeking an immigration attorney with a background in family-based and humanitarian immigration to join our high-performing legal team. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, cares deeply about client outcomes, and is ready to step into meaningful, life-changing legal advocacy.You'll work alongside nationally recognized experts who have argued precedent-shaping cases and are regarded as leaders in humanitarian immigration law. Our attorneys have argued precedent-setting cases before the highest courts, and you'll have the opportunity to learn directly from these mentors while building your own expertise in complex immigration matters. Ongoing mentorship, advanced litigation strategy sessions, and leadership development opportunities are part of our culture.ResponsibilitiesManage a high-volume caseload of family-based and humanitarian matters (level of independence based on experience)Prepare, review, and file complex immigration applications and supporting evidenceConduct detailed client interviews and develop strategic legal approachesResearch complex immigration issues and contribute to innovative legal solutionsRepresent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and local immigration courtsCollaborate with and potentially mentor junior attorneys and legal staff (based on experience level)Participate in firmwide case strategy meetings and continuing legal educationMaintain organized, accurate case notes using FilevineEnsure exceptional client service with a trauma-informed, compassionate approachRequirementsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolMinimum 3 years of immigration law experienceDemonstrated expertise or strong commitment to humanitarian and family-based immigration casesStrong legal writing, research, and analytical skillsExcellent client communication and interpersonal abilitiesSelf-starter mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environmentTechnological proficiency, including comfort with remote collaboration toolsPreferred QualificationsSpanish fluency (highly preferred)Experience with VAWA, U visas, T visas, SIJS, I-601A waivers, and removal defenseFilevine or similar case management software experienceCourt representation experience5+ years of immigration law experience for senior-level considerationCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $105,000$165,000 annually, depending on experience and cost of livingComprehensive health insurance401(k) matchingThis role requires availability during Arizona business hours.
