AVP, NURSING - PERIOPERATIVE SERVICES

Responsible for the overall direction and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to patients. Provides leadership in the execution of operational and strategic goals and objectives of assigned nursing departments/service lines. Ensures quality care that is consistent with organizational and regulatory standards. Assumes ultimate responsibility for outcomes related to the performance of the nursing staff and professional development. Directly supervises Nurse Managers in assigned departments. Assumes budgetary and fiscal responsibility for assigned areas. National certification in Nursing or Healthcare related specialty preferred. Education Bachelors Degree : Nursing (Required) Other : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required) Masters Degree : Nursing or Business Administration (Preferred) Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Experience 3 Years experience in Nursing management role (Required) 5 Years experience in an RN role (Required) General Experience in RN role in assigned clinical area (Preferred) License/Certifications RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License (Required) _ '299129
