Job DescriptionAssembly & Printing Setup Technician ($2000 Hiring Bonus)Manufacturing OperationsAre you mechanically inclined and enjoy setting up, troubleshooting, and improving hands-on production processes? This role puts you at the center of assembly and printing operations, owning machine setups, solving technical issues, and helping deliver high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Working OnSet up and change over assembly and printing lines to meet customer specificationsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues during productionPerform preventive maintenance on equipment to maximize uptimeTear down jobs and reset equipment for the next production runPartner with Quality and Production teams to ensure consistent output and complianceFollow Lean / 5S practices to maintain efficient, organized workspacesEquipment & Technologies You’ll UseSonic welders, hot stampers, printers, ovens, sealersHand tools, grinders, soldering ironsPneumatic and mechanical systemsPallet jacks and forkliftsWhat Makes You a Strong FitStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting abilityExperience with assembly, printing, machining, pneumatics, or electrical systemsComfortable working in production environments with equipment changeoversAble to read instructions, communicate clearly, and solve problems independentlyForklift experience (or willingness to certify)Self-motivated with a strong attention to quality and safetyWork Environment & Physical RequirementsIndustrial manufacturing environmentStanding, walking, bending, lifting (up to 70 lbs occasionally)PPE required (safety glasses; hearing protection where applicable)Why This Role Stands OutHands-on technical work with real production impactVariety, no two setups or jobs are exactly the sameStrong opportunity to build skills in automation-adjacent manufacturing operationsStable full-time position in a production-focused environment Company DescriptionCEO Inc. is an award-winning, full-service search firm that centers on people and is committed to finding the right fit for our candidates and clients alike.
