**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years

**License:** Not required for submission

**Certifications:** BLS (Basic Life Support) preferred; CST is a plus

**Must-Have:**
- Ability to handle total joints, robotics, general laparoscopic cases, urology, hand and foot surgeries, and breast cases including reconstructions.

**Job Description:**

- Work in a dynamic operating room environment with a team-focused culture.
- Engage with staff, anesthesia, and surgeons to enhance the operating room's performance and patient care.
- Handle a wide variety of cases including outpatient procedures such as ortho (including total joints and sports medicine), general surgery, OBGYN, robotic surgery, plastics, ENT, urology, podiatry, and breast reconstructions.
- Participate in 6-7 call shifts per month, including 2-3 weekends during a 13-week contract and at least 1 holiday call per year, depending on hospital needs.
- Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records.
- Attend 1-3 days of department-specific orientation.
- Work according to the schedule set by the OR supervisor, adhering to the 0630-1700 shift timing.
- Demonstrate qualities such as hardworking, fast and efficient, detail-oriented, team player, and possess great interpersonal skills.
- Be adaptable to changing shifts based on workload and patient volume.

- Scrub color and dress code provided.
- Orientation hours: 12.
