- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure

This clinic offers a wide range of physical and occupational therapy services for each patient's specific needs. Our team is well versed in providing excellent outcomes for general deconditioning, OA, post-op, balance and vestibular cases. Our clinicians are highly trained, friendly, keep quality patient care as a main priority and are ready to welcome a new full-time clinician who is flexible, adaptable, and a strong team player to continue working towards our goal of providing compassionate care to our surrounding communities
