Job Summary: As a Financial professional in NetApp, a key part of the role is to provide objectiveness and stewardship to the company, acting as a representative of the Finance function and NetApp shareholders.Compiles and analyzes financial information for an organization. Supports senior management business decisions through financial and business analysis. Job Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive financial analysis and insights to maximize shareholder value and drive profitable growth while delivering execution excellence by utilizing best practice processes to optimize productivity and collaborationPlay key role partnering with the Marketing team to drive their budgets and resource allocation while partnering to drive tangible ROICollaborate with the marketing team to support their initiatives and strategiesAssist and guide marketing teams in planning processes, including forecasting and budgetingEnsure business performance drivers are easily recognized and reviewed, including ROIAssess and improve marketing investment decisions through accurate financial analysisJob Requirements:12+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with 5+ years of experience supporting marketing functionsStrong understanding of business operations, industry dynamics, and financial implicationsAbility to translate financial analysis into actionable insights and recommendations; ability to analyze financial data in-depth and present findings in a clear and concise mannerProven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams; excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levelsStrong storytelling skills to communicate complex financial information to a non-financial audienceGrowth mindset and passion for continuous learningProficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and working with advanced Excel functions, financial planning software, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Education:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldCompensation:
The target salary range for this position is $137K - $197K. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
