**Job Description:**

- Work within a unit equipped with 16 operating rooms.
- Collaborate with a team consisting of an RN, SA, and surgical tech per OR room during the day shift.
- Participate in a tapering schedule for the evening shift, maintaining 4 teams from 3-5 p.m., 2 teams from 5-7 p.m., and 1 team from 7-11 p.m.; call shifts begin for 2 additional teams at 3 p.m.
- Handle a 1-1 patient ratio.
- Operate various OR equipment, including robotics, neurosurgery, general surgery, plastics, urology, and ortho instruments.
- Use Meditech EMR system.
- Perform a wide range of procedures, excluding transplant and cardiac surgery.
- Be a team player with a team-oriented personality.
- Participate in call rotation, averaging 2 call shifts per week, including weekday nights and weekends.
- Wear navy scrubs as part of the dress code.
