Responsibilities of Tax Manager:
- Lead and Develop: Manage and mentor a team of 7 professionals.
- Drive Growth: Play a key role in the firm's expansion and success.
- Review Expertise: Oversee and review individual, corporate, non-profit, and trust tax returns.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Qualifications for the Tax Manager:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with CPA certification or eligibility.

Salary:
- Compensation Range: $120,000 to $160,000 + Bonus
