is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team of long-term care professionals. This is a vital role in a facility with a positive community reputation, a history of successful outcomes, and an experienced cohesive team. This is a skilled nursing facility, with an In-house therapy department.

Provides Occupational Therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assists in the selection of Occupational Therapy techniques/media and in the sequence of activities, adapts techniques/media as indicated by resident performance and following consultation with the Occupational Therapist. Maintains acceptable resident care ratios as determined by the Occupational Therapist.
• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
