Our client is a leading provider of HVAC, sheet metal, and piping solutions, dedicated to delivering excellence in every project they undertake. As they continue to expand their operations, we are seeking a seasoned Project Executive to join their dynamic team.
Position Overview: With a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and on schedule, you will utilize your extensive experience and expertise to ensure the success of projects from inception to completion. This position requires a hands-on approach, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of excellence in project management within the HVAC, sheet metal, and piping industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all HVAC, sheet metal, and piping projects.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and client handover.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in HVAC, sheet metal, and piping project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, sheet metal fabrication, and piping installation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience working in the commercial construction industry (preferred).
