**Job Title:** MRI Technician

**Job Specialty:** Radiology/Cardiology - MRI Tech

**Job Duration:** 13 Weeks

**Shift:** Mid 5x8-Hour (13:00 - 21:30), Monday through Friday

**Guaranteed Hours:** Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time without penalty.

**Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience required, especially with Siemens equipment

**License:** Must possess a valid state license. Candidates with pending state licenses are accepted.

**Certifications:** BLS, ARRT

**Must-Have:**
- Experience in settings such as outpatient, inpatient, ER, Level I Trauma, Teaching Hospital, and Adult ICU
- Skills in IV starts, PACS, Contrast
- Proficiency in Epic (Excellian) charting system
- Experience with Siemens equipment/scanners

**Job Description:**
- Perform MRI procedures independently and as part of a team in a busy department with various patient types including inpatients, outpatients, and those under general anesthesia or sedation.
- Handle all types of exams, including those for vented and sedated patients, as well as those needing anxiolysis.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, occasional overnight shifts if needed, and weekend shifts on rare occasions.
- Adhere to the requirements of a teaching hospital, contributing to a collaborative and educational environment.
- Ensure high standards of imaging, patient care, and safety protocols are maintained.
- No on-call requirements; no need to float to sister facilities.
- Open to local professionals; no specific radius restrictions for eligibility.
- Must be comfortable working in a Level 3 trauma setting with a strong focus on adult ICU.

**Note:** Flu Vaccine requirement is unknown. COVID-19 Vaccine is not required. Compliance with documentation and fingerprinting is mandatory for the state.
