With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist children with developing social and emotional skillsUse a range of instructional methods and learning techniquesCommunicate with parents and other school personnelAssess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestonesQualifications45 child care training hoursDrivers TrainingStrong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelinesProblem-solving and mediation skills
