What you will do as a Payroll Specialist:
- Process weekly payroll
- Manage union payments and benefits
- Run weekly 401(k) reports for reconciliation
- Research and compile necessary documents/reports for annual audit purposes
- General ad hoc payroll duties
What you will bring to the Payroll Specialist role:
- 2+ years payroll experience; open to industry
- Experience with ADP Workforce or other payroll system
- Union payroll experience is a plus but not a must
