Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant to become a part of our team You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnessesPrescribe all necessary medications and treatmentsPerform comprehensive physical examinations of patientsDevelop and implement patient management policies and proceduresFacilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilitiesCommunicate with collaborating physician regarding patient careQualifications: Minimum of one year previous healthcare experience practicing at the Master's Degree levelAbility to function well at a high pace of workAbility to build a strong rapport with patients and colleaguesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership qualitiesCompany DescriptionFamily Medicine Associates of North Stafford was created out of the abundance of need in this community.
