Role Responsibilities - Logistics Coordinator
- Assist corporate logistics manager in overseeing all aspects of supply chain management
- Schedule and monitor shipments, manage inventory, and communicate with customers and third-party service providers
- Liaison between the Sales, warehousing, and the Transportation Department in providing status updates on customer deliveries, administering returns and/or credits
- Daily inventory transfers between all divisions and warehouses
- Schedule vendor inbound deliveries
- Coordinating transportation providers to ensure proper movements of shipment
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
- Inputting export applications to the FSIS system weekly
- 3+ years working in supply chain/logistics
- experience in food/beverage industry is a plus
- experience with operations related systems preferred: (Retalix, Appian Daily Planner, Mobile Conductor, Intellishift Silent Passenger/Dash Cams, FSIS Information System)
