RECEPTIONIST


ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Our client is a leading service and distribution company. They are a leader in their space, and they are looking to add a receptionist to their team. This role reports directly to the Manager of the company and works closely with the accounting team. Our client promotes a fun work atmosphere and offers excellent team-building opportunities and a relaxed dress code.


OVERVIEW OF THE RECEPTIONIST ROLE:

  • Front desk/reception - Answering phones, routing calls, answering questions, and directing front desk traffic
  • Maintain company contact lists
  • Assist with conference room reservations
  • Prepare shipping labels for outgoing mail
  • Data entry - Entering jobs into their ERP system
  • Filing of paperwork and distributing mail.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE RECEPTIONIST ROLE:

  • Responsible and reliable
  • Professional
  • Friendly personality
  • Customer service experience
  • Intermediate computer skills - must be familiar with Microsoft office
  • Typing skills
  • Self-starter
  • Previous experience as a receptionist

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE RECEPTIONIST ROLE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience with MS Office programs
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
  • Previous experience as a receptionist
