Responsibilities/Qualifications

Intrado is looking to hire a Treasury Analyst to join our team.  

Intrado is responsible for some critical parts of our everyday life. Our team is seeking a Treasury Analyst, to work closely with the Treasury Manager in daily, weekly and monthly cash management and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the Treasury inbox, calendar, and schedule to ensure that Treasury deliverables, requests and bank transactions are completed timely, accurately, and according to Company policy
  • Administer the Company’s online banking and credit card platforms and assist in performing security administrative functions
  • Initiate and review electronic payment processing of domestic and international ACH and wire transactions
  • Assist with managing domestic and international banking partners
  • Assist with preparation of daily and weekly cash reporting
  • Assist with Audit and Regulatory requests.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Treasury, Banking, Finance, Accounting, or a business-related field

 

Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in treasury, banking, accounting, or administration
  • Proven track record of success in the areas of Accounting, Accounts Payable, Administration, Banking, or Treasury
  • Prior success in roles that require exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, timeliness, and policy compliance
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized, help Intrado comply with all Treasury requirements and obligations. Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
