This full-time outpatient position offers a predictable 4×10 schedule, competitive compensation and exceptional loan repayment eligibility through federal programs.This is a highly collaborative role serving a diverse and underserved adult patient population.Position OverviewThe Internal Medicine Physician provides comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients (18+) within a busy community health setting. The clinic is mission-focused with strong interdisciplinary support, modern EMR systems, and translation services available for patients.Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality, patient-centered care.Required QualificationsActive New Jersey MD or DO licenseBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Internal MedicineActive NJ CDS and DEA licensesBLS for Providers (AHA)Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365Open to new graduatesPreferred QualificationsDual board certification (Internal Medicine + Family Medicine or related)Experience in an FQHC, community health center, or underserved populationAbility to manage higher patient volumesStrong EMR proficiencyBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision plansLife insurance and voluntary life optionsFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)401(k) with employer matchPaid time off and holidays$1,500 CME allowance + 3 CME daysLoan Repayment EligibilityAbout the OrganizationThis organization is an established FQHC offering comprehensive primary care and supportive services to underserved communities.
