*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology, with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role involves developing personalized treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy, and assisting patients in their rehabilitation journey. The Physical Therapist will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and needs.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
* Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
* Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients across various settings including clinic, inpatient, outpatient, and home health environments.
* Perform discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients post-rehabilitation.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment provided in compliance with regulatory standards.
*Requirements*
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
* Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles.
* Experience in orthopedics or trigger point therapy is preferred but not mandatory.
* Familiarity with systems used in clinical practice for documentation and patient management.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in physical therapy.

Pay: $40.00 - $41.00 per hour
