Job Posting Summary Baptist Heart Specialists is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing practice in General Cardiology at Baptist Heart Specialists - HealthPlace at Nocatee. The selected Advanced Practice Provider would provide the link between both inpatient and outpatient care as a member of the Baptist Health team. Hours/Location(s) - * Monday - Friday clinic 8am-5pm - Baptist Heart Specialists - HealthPlace at Nocatee - 400 Colonnade Dr Ste 230, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32081 * Plus Weekend rotation - 1:4 - Baptist Medical Center Beaches - 1350 13th Ave S, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250 Link to Baptist Heart Specialists locations - Baptist Heart Specialists was created by joining two well-respected leaders in heart care - Jacksonville Heart Center and Southern Heart Group.
