- Warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs and frequently lift/move up to 75 lbs
- Able to work in a non-temperature controlled warehouse (indoor temperatures change with the seasons)
- Must maintain productivity and accuracy standards
- Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram instructions
- Must pass a simple math assessment (one of three versions)
- Perform warehouse functions including order picking, packing, and assembly of product
- Use handheld RF scanners and equipment to keep the warehouse management system accurate
- Assist with cycle counts, audits, and physical inventories
- Follow company procedures and policies to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Follow all safety policies and guidelines to keep yourself and others safe
- Work cooperatively with other warehouse associates
- Help keep the facility clean, neat, and orderly
- Complete additional duties as assigned by your supervisor
