Wage: $24.50 per hour (with potential raises after 30-day and 90-day reviews)

Your Role:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our assembly equipment in top condition. Your responsibilities will include:
- Machinery and Equipment Maintenance: Perform installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on all machinery and equipment.
- Preventive Maintenance: Generate and execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Facility Maintenance: Handle building maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and other installations.
- Fabrication and Repair: Operate machines and perform welding to create parts needed for repairs and installations.
- Safety Compliance: Inspect, maintain, and document all hazardous materials on premises to ensure a safe working environment.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Previous experience working as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing company.
- Technical Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Readiness: Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
