Epic Travel Staffing is seeking an experienced Travel Radiology Technician specializing in Interventional Radiology for a 26-week assignment. The role requires proficiency in Fluoroscopy and surgical procedures, along with a valid IN license and relevant certifications. Candidates must be prepared for an on-call rotation and will cover two IR suites while utilizing advanced medical equipment in a 225-bed facility.

Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p (8x5) 40 hours per week, M-F

Length: 26 weeks
Weekend Hours: on call rotation.
Call Requirements: Yes, call rotation with 5 co-workers.
Requirements:
  • IN License
  • 2 years of experience
  • 2 years IR Technologist experience
  • Must be proficient in Fluoro and Surgery Procedures
  • BLS
  • ARRT
  • ISDH Tech License
  • 2 years experience in IR-Rad setting preferred
Other Details:
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Ability to perform All routine IR-Rad Procedures
  • Number of Beds: 225
  • Patient Ratios: Dayshift with 5 Technologist covering 2 IR suites, & Surgery-based Hybrid suite as needed.
  • Equipment: Siemens Artis Zee, Philips FD20. Philips epiq 5 US, Sonosite US, Philips RN-Patient monitors.
  • Type of Patients on Unit: INPT, OP, ED.
Scrub Color: Scrubs provided by facility, light blue surgery scrubs from Scrub-X vending machine onsite.
