We are currently seeking a Women?s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with gynecology experience to join our growing women?s health team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct gynecological exams, screenings, and family planning consultations Provide comprehensive prenatal and postpartum care Educate and counsel patients on wellness, disease prevention, and treatment options Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and care coordinators Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in the EHR system What We Offer: Competitive pay: $85?$95/hour (based on experience) Productivity-based bonus available based on performance benchmarks Pro-rated benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) plan and paid time off Malpractice insurance covered Dedicated medical assistant and scribe for clinical support Collaborative and inclusive team culture Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Qualifications: WHNP or PA with gynecology experience Current New York State license in good standing Board Certified or Board Eligible Minimum 2 years of experience in women?s health preferred Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems Why Work With Us?
