As a Field-based BCBA, you will: Train, supervise, and support the RBTs working on your child’s team Collaborate with supervisors and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child’s progress You need a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. You need to be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs. You need to be dedicated to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care to our clients and their families.
