Has a passion helping patients with conditions such as Addiction, Anxiety Disorders, Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and Depression or Suicidal behavior.

Possesses motivation to help create and deliver high-quality patient care in an energizing team environment.Position Highlights:Adolescent program is expanding to 40 unit
Child unit is a 14 bed unit
Adolescent Residential is a 8 bed unit

Self-scheduling programJob SummaryThe Department of Nursing at Avera McKennan endorses Standards of Care that require all nurses to practice at a competent level of nursing care and demonstrate a competent and professional level of behavior in their role as an LPN. The nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for their individual actions and outcomes of patient care delivered on their shift. The LPN may assist with nursing duties on any of the inpatient and/or ExperienceGraduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.Licensure/Certification/RegistrationLicensed as a LPN in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required.Work ScheduleDay/Evening/Night Shift, e/o wknd/hol; 72hrs/2wksPayThe hourly range for this position is listed below.
