Assessing patient conditions during each visit and documenting your superhero-worthy observations.
* Performing evaluation tasks, from monitoring vital signs to assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
* Evaluating therapeutic, rehab, and functional statuses and making thoughtful recommendations for tools and devices to enhance quality of life.
* Educating patients and their families on effective home healthcare strategies and procedures.
*The ability to visit multiple patients per day like a healthcare superhero.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as an OT in home health.
