Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless start for new hires. Manage employee benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance to foster a supportive work environment. Oversee facility safety programs, loss prevention, and workers' compensation. Administer and enforce HR and payroll policies to maintain consistency and compliance.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively read, write, speak, and understand English. Skilled in making independent HR decisions with patience, tact, and a positive attitude. Familiarity with employment laws, wage/hour regulations, OSHA standards, payroll, and employee relations practices. Experience with ADP Vantage, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and OnShift timekeeping system is preferred. Minimum of 5 years in HR/Payroll administration, with healthcare experience strongly preferred. High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher and PHR certification preferred.
