Responsabilidades:
Configurar los trabajos y operar un Mazak de 5 ejes, multitarea, centro de torneado.
Serrar y taladrar material. Desbarbar, limpiar e identificar permanentemente las piezas.
Cumplir con los objetivos de producción relacionados con la eficiencia, los horarios y la chatarra / retrabajo.
Verificar la calidad del trabajo acabado utilizando herramientas de medición de precisión, demostrando un profundo conocimiento de las especificaciones y la mano de obra.
Identificar los requisitos de herramientas y accesorios antes de preparar el trabajo.
Participar activamente en el mantenimiento y la resolución de problemas de los equipos CNC.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros maquinistas para discutir y resolver problemas relacionados con reparaciones y equipos.
Colaborar con los trabajadores de inventario y los ingenieros para conocer el estado y discutir el trabajo en curso.
Mostrar un comportamiento que contribuya a crear un entorno que fomente el trabajo en equipo, la resolución de problemas y el uso de herramientas CIP.
Requisitos:
6 años de experiencia operando centros de torneado multitarea de 5 ejes, incluyendo experiencia operando fresadoras manuales y tornos.Se prefiere experiencia en lenguaje de control Mazak, pero los candidatos que ofrezcan Okuma o Fanuc serán considerados en función de su experiencia.
Se prefieren conocimientos básicos de AutoCAD o software CAD similar.
Familiaridad con los códigos G & M; Conocimiento práctico de máquinas herramienta y procesamiento.
Gran capacidad de lectura de planos y comprensión de las dimensiones GD&T.
Experiencia en el uso e interpretación de instrumentos de medición de precisión, como los siguientes: micrómetros, relojes comparadores, medidores de profundidad, CMM, comparador óptico, Mueller y medidores de barras.
Experiencia / habilidades preferidas:

El rango salarial para este puesto es de $31.02 - $46.55 por hora.
