The Occupational Therapist will provide individualized therapy services to older adults through the innovative Geriatric House Calls™ model while promoting functional outcomes and fostering autonomy in treatment. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and opportunities for career growth within a supportive clinical community. Candidates must possess a valid Occupational Therapy license and an accredited degree in the field to join this dynamic team in Madison, WI.

What you'll need:
• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Current CPR certification
