This leadership role is ideal for licensed professionals ready to take on a strategic role in clinical care and management.As the Licensed Clinical Director, you’ll lead daily operations, ensure quality care, and implement new treatment approaches to enhance client outcomes. Key responsibilities include:Operational Oversight: Manage space, emergencies, scheduling, and all client services across therapy, nutrition, and medical areas.Staff Leadership: Engage and mentor staff, directing and coaching the leadership team to foster retention and high performance.Client Flow & Census Management: Own census operations, from new inquiries to program census and group management.Clinical Involvement: Maintain a small caseload for intakes and group sessions to stay connected with client experiences.Communication & Site Leadership: Lead through site meetings, team discussions, and clinical consultations to ensure smooth operations and goal alignment.Qualifications for Licensed Site DirectorMaster’s degree in clinical mental health, social work, or a related field.Independent licensure as an LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC in Ohio is required.Preferred experience with Eating Disorders treatmentDemonstrated leadership experience within a clinical setting, particularly in behavioral health or residential care.OfferingCompetitive annual salary of $140k – $160kComprehensive benefits package, including health, retirement, and continuing education support.Generous PTO, paid holidays, and a flexible schedule to support work-life balance.
