FOX offers professional development opportunities to obtain a GCS certification and we employ 3% of the nation's Board-Certified Geriatric Specialists. Today, FOX employs over 2,100 physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists across the Atlantic and Mid-West Regions - and we continue to grow
Our longstanding, well-established Emerging Professionals Mentor Program is thoughtfully designed to develop competencies and clinical reasoning skills through a structured six-month program for entry level Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy practitioners .
This program is designed specifically for recent graduates who wish to establish a broad clinical knowledge base during their first few critical years in the field. The program assists novice clinicians to become successful in an environment that promotes patient-centered care, evidence-based practice, and lifelong learning.
Mentor Program Highlights: A structured 6-month professional development program designed to transition a novice clinician to a confident and well-rounded professional Comprehensive program manual with weekly established goals and expectations Gradual progression of patient care over the first two months
