Work Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts (United States of America)

Within our Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Clinic there are opportunities to learn different specialties, such as: podiatry, foot & ankle, hand, trauma and more If you are looking to be on a close-knit team within an energetic and fast paced setting that allows for many learning and growth opportunities, this is the position for you Clinic hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p. No weekends, no holidays and no on-call.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
Ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients. Documents a thorough medical history from patient. Provides technical support to healthcare professionals as needed. The LPN demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting.
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges. Sanford is an EEO/AA Employer M/F/Disability/Vet.
